Our Story: Sharing Hope, Seeing Lives Changed
My heart for ministry is rooted in a simple truth: God loves you, and He wants you to know Him. Whatever your past, your circumstances, or the struggles you carry, you were created with purpose. You are not forgotten.
Through On the Brink, I share the message that has shaped my teaching and ministry: Jesus meets us where we are, and His love changes lives.
For many years, I have had the privilege of teaching God’s Word in Bible studies, churches, retreats, schools, and prisons. Each setting brings different people and different stories, but I continue to see the same need—a hunger for truth, belonging, and hope.
Inside prison walls, that hunger is often unmistakable. I have watched men arrive guarded, carrying years of anger, fear, and pain. Through Scripture, worship, and fellowship, I have seen hearts soften, faith take root, and hope return. These men have also encouraged my own faith, reminding me how deeply God’s Word can reach a willing heart.
That same calling extends beyond our communities. Through Circuit Rider Ministries, I have had the honor of sharing God’s Word with people in other nations and encouraging churches and church leaders. Serving alongside these believers, helping meet physical and spiritual needs, has been a tremendous blessing. Their lives matter to God, and it is a privilege to remind them they are remembered and loved.
Whether I am sitting across a coffeehouse table, teaching inside a prison, or ministering overseas, my desire remains the same: to help people know the love of Jesus and discover the freedom found in Him.
The name Emmanuel means “God with us.” That truth is at the heart of this ministry. God is present in our suffering, our questions, and our everyday lives.
My hope is that, as you connect with On the Brink, you will be encouraged to open His Word, grow in your faith, and recognize His presence in your own story.
You are loved. You have purpose. And you do not have to walk this journey alone.
